Surah At-Taubah, Ayat 21-22

Ayat 21. Their Lord gives them glad tidings of a Mercy from Him, and that He is pleased (with them), and of Gardens (Paradise) for them wherein are everlasting delights.

Ayat 22. They will dwell therein forever. Verily, with Allah is a great reward.

Hazrat Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet [SAWW](PBUH) said, "The religion (of Islam) is easy, and whoever makes the religion a rigour, it will overpower him. So, follow a middle course (in worship); if you can't do this, do something near to it and give glad tidings and seek help (of Allah) at morn and at dusk and some part of night". another narration in Bukhari The Prophet [SAWW](PBUH) said, "Therefore, do good deeds properly, sincerely and moderately, and worship Allah in the forenoon and in the afternoon and during a part of the night, and always adopt a middle, moderate, regular course whereby you will reach your target (Paradise)." [Al-Bukhari Hadith # 39 & 6463].

Lesson : as mentioned above in Surah At-Taubah Ayat 21. "Their Lord gives them glad tidings of a Mercy from Him", Besides moderation in worship, this Hadith enjoins that such times should be fixed for worship when one is fresh so that one feels pleasure in performing it. But this principle is for optional and voluntary prayers only. Obligatory Salat are to be performed at the prescribed times only.
